Operate your FSTDs efficiently, in compliance — and without burden.

FSTD-OPS is the operations platform built for Flight Simulation Training Device operators: discrepancies, maintenance, assets, scheduling, crew logging, regulatory compliance and much more in one dedicated instance.

FSTD Operation with EASA CS-FSTD Issue 1 in mind!

Why now

The largest change in FSTD regulation is here!

Issue-1!

EASA is introducing CS-FSTD Issue 1 — new concepts, new obligations, and a decisive shift from device-centred oversight to a process-based approach focused on you, the operator.

Paper records, spreadsheets, generic and outdated maintenance tools were not built for what comes next.

FSTD-OPS was designed from the first line of code around the regulatory framework.

The platform

Everything an FSTD operation runs on.

From a single FNPT to a multi-site, multi-authority network of Full Flight Simulators — one platform, scaled to your operation.

Images shown are from an in-development version and may not reflect the final product.

Unique to FSTD-OPS

The Kiosk: your crew's front desk.

Our dedicated iPad application is the interface between crews and your devices. It features multiple aircrew identification mechanisms (such as NFC, QR and others)

Q&A

Questions & Answers (Q&A).

Yes. FSTD-OPS can cope with requirements from different Agencies, even simultaneously. A single device might have several qualifications issued by different authorities and multiple Primary Reference Documents (PRDs).

Yes. FSTD-OPS is suitable for platforms hosting different devices such as multiple aircraft type variants, or units with “Roll-on/Roll-off” cockpits.

Yes. Every operator runs on its own dedicated, isolated instance — deployable in the cloud, on your premises, where security demands it. There is no shared multi-tenant database.

No. It is just a convenient and rapid way to identify your crews, especially if you’re already issuing ID badges to your FSTD users. There are several additional ways and methods available to identify your crews to suit your own needs.

Most probably Yes.

These are “case-by-case” situations, and we are always willing to explore ways to help you. Obviously, handwritten records on paper are more difficult and time-consuming to deal with. Nevertheless, “Onboarding” includes the necessary configuration to reflect your operation, so you start with a fully functional environment rather than a blank slate. Talk to us about your current records and we will scope the migration.

Pricing for our “Essential plan” is fixed.

For the remaining plans we offer a very flexible, competitive and attractive pricing scheme. Contact us for a quote.
